How to loose 22lbs in 3 weeks diet:
Day one (fruit diet)
- Today you are only going to eat fruits and green grocery and drink min.1,5l of water.
Day two:
- Today you are going to eat 1/3 of what you usually used to eat. From now you need to exclude: potatos, bread, pasta, milk, sugar, salt, cakes and sweets from your diet.
Day three:
- This day is just repeat of day two.
Day four:
-Today you can only drink Kefir, soured milk (1,5l) and cottage cheese.
Day five:
- This day is repeat of day two and three.
Day six:
- This day is repeat of day one.
Day seven:
-Today you are going to fast (drink as much water as you need, and if you don’t feel well you can blend little bit of honey with water, but this is just an option.)
Day after fasting:
-Breakfast: drink 150ml of fruit juice, two peeled tomatoes and 2-3 carrots.
-Dinner: fruit soup
-Supper: eat normally (but without any of products that were named in day two)
-Repeat this one week diet three times
